• The LEOSA Qualification Application (linked below) must be downloaded to your computer, filled out and submitted electronically; or completed by hand or online and printed. After downloading the form, you must open the document in Adobe for the file to be submitted electronically. ​It must be received prior to your selected date at the Frederick County Sheriff's Office HQ by mail or in person.
