Frederick County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Sheriff Chuck Jenkins is pleased to announce the promotion of Kenneth Anthony to the rank of lieutenant at the FCSO Adult Detention Center (ADC), effective Saturday, June 5, 2021.

Effective Saturday, June 5, the Frederick County Adult Detention Center (ADC) Warden will implement a modified on-site family visitation schedule. This will be the first time in-person, with no contact, visitations will start back up since the ADC staff implemented COVID-19 safety measures in March 2020.

Upon arrival, deputies located two adult male victims. One victim suffered a stab wound to the abdomen and the second victim had severe head injuries.

At approximately 10 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 11, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) deputies were dispatched to the area of 6700 Overton Circle, Ballenger Creek, Maryland, for a discharge of a firearm heard.
