Step 1 | ONLINE APPLICATION
Complete the Frederick County Government NeoGov Online Application. Application links can be found above under the “Current Openings” section on this page. In addition to your application pre-register for our hiring event by visiting here.
Step 2 | PRESCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE
This pre-screening form is REQUIRED before you attend our hiring event. Pre-screening forms will be emailed to you directly after you sign up at here. Completed pre-screening forms must be emailed to Jschurr@FrederickCountyMD.gov
Step 3 | PHYSICAL AGILITY AUTHORIZATION
This form will be completed by our licensed physician (free of charge) during the next hiring event. This form will authorize you to participate in the physical agility testing. Applicants can register for our hiring event here.
(Approved lateral applicants are exempt from physical agility testing).
Step 4 | ATTEND HIRING EVENT
Hiring Events are scheduled throughout the year. We highly recommend you complete our registration form here to be notified of these dates. Once you complete the Online Application (Step 1) you will have a pre-scheduled date to attend. If you are unable to make the pre-scheduled date, please contact Background Investigator Schurr at Jschurr@FrederickCountyMD.gov or call 301-600-3276 for alternative scheduling.
