Three suspects arrested
FREDERICK, Md. (August 15, 2024) – On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at approximately 1:22 AM, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office Deputy 1st Class McLeroy stopped a vehicle traveling in the area of I-70 West at Rt. 40 for speeding. After observing several indicators of criminal activity by the three occupants inside, the deputy requested a K-9 unit to respond. The K-9 alerted to the odor of narcotics and deputies then searched the vehicle and the three occupants. Deputies recovered approximately 8oz of suspected crack/cocaine, two glass smoking pipes, and other drug paraphernalia. All three vehicle occupants were arrested and transported to central booking for processing.
The three suspects are:
Jasen Jermain Robinson, age 50, Waynesboro, PA
Pamela Sue Bordner, age 53, Chambersburg, PA
Christina Marie Davis, age 42, Waynesboro, PA
All occupants were charged with:
-Possession w. intent to distribute cocaine/opium
-Importing CDS into MD
-Possession of CDS
-Possession of CDS Paraphernalia
-Possession of CDS Paraphernalia w. intent to administer CDS
